Babalu
Budgie (Budgerigar)
Mississauga, ON
Meet Babalu, a cheerful blue budgie looking for his forever home! Babalu is an entertaining, active boy who fills the room with happy chatter and can even say "What are you doing?" in his adorable helium voice. He loves a steady daily routine, listening to morning and bedtime songs, and playing with his favorite disco-ball toys. His ideal match is a calm, patient home—ideally with an experienced budgie owner and possibly a gentle budgie companion—that can maintain his daily schedule and help transition his diet. Babalu comes with his cage, cover, and accessories. A small rehoming fee applies, and all interested adopters must fill out an application on the Bird Sitting Toronto rehoming portal before meeting him.

Jonny and Kevin
Conure
Toronto, ON
Adoption fee $250
If you don't have experience with more than one bird then this listing isn't for you. Jonny and Kevin are absolutely beautiful conures, they're bonded and get along very well most of the time, they occasionally steal each others food but they sleep together and play together quite well. They both have very unique personalities and they each have their own funny quirks. Jonny isn't shy at all and is definitely more outgoing than Kevin, who is much more skeptical and cautious but Kevin isn't shy when it comes to his food dish and can get a little aggressive when hands are coming in his cage at feeding time this only seems to happen when I hold his bowl for to long or my hand hovers around it too long But he's young and with the proper care and patience this issue can be resolved. Conures are a lot like gremlins lol if you take proper care of them they remain cute friendly calm and relatively quiet like a Mogwai but if you don't they become miserable loud and moody like a Gremlin. that being said they do require a lot of work everyday. All birds need at least two hours out of their cage daily but even more time is highly recommended, covering them up in the daytime because you don't like to hear them or because the neighbors can't handle ten minutes of flock calls is a definite no no as they need to be uncovered in the day with plenty of sunlight which I realize is the opposite of a Gremlin but you get my point I'm sure 😊 if you need to go out in the day just leave some music on for them but a general rule is to make sure their needs are met before leaving for work or whatever it is you're doing that day, they both like sitting on my shoulder and on my head Jonny doesn't mind being held but Kevin isn't that into it yet, whenever they land on a new person they like to test the integrity of said persons skin and it's important not to freak out as this will make them want to keep testing it lol they're extremely lovable and very smart they just need a forever home where someone can give them all the time love and attention that they need on a daily basis, they require new toys occasionally as well they like to forage and chew which means Toys don't last forever not most toys anyway. If you're looking for two amazing companions then Jonny and Kevin would like to hear from you! They come with a tucker Murphy cage and setup! They both love lots of time outside their cage, and their new home should be ready to make that part of their routine. Jonny and Kevin are looking for a forever home with an experienced bird owner who can welcome them as a pair and give them the time and care they need. If you’re an experienced bird owner with room in your home and heart for two best friends, please consider applying to adopt Jonny and Kevin.

Morty
Cockatoo
Regina, SK
Morty is a lively cockatoo who loves being part of a busy, noisy household. For the past 17 years, he has lived with many children and pets, and he enjoys excitement, conversation and a good holler. He’ll happily yell, hoot and holler along with you—the noisier, the better! Morty can also talk a little. He is fully feathered and does not feather-pull. His flight feathers are intact, and he can fly. Morty eats ZuPreem or Hagen pellets, dried fruit and nuts in the shell. He also loves a variety of foods and would like to share in mealtimes with you. Kiwi
Conure
Richmond Hill, ON
Note: I will not adopt her to a breeder nor to someone that has little free time (unless you have bird friends). Kiwi is a loving and quiet Green Cheeked Conure. She enjoys having company and is very sweet. A few years ago, her mate passed away and she has been a bit lonely since then. I've decided to finally adopt her out because my family now has 2 cats. For Kiwi's safety, I am looking for a suitable candidate to welcome her into their family. Kiwi does great with other birds and she has lived with budgies/other conures in the past. She tolerates being held and loves perching on your finger/shoulder. Kisses/head rubs are appreciated! Kiwi was born in 2014 and is banded. She's never had any health issues and has many years to go! If you are interested in adopting Kiwi please let me know. Include why you think your home will be a great fit for Kiwi. Thanks Kiwi has two cages: The large cage in the photo was purchased for $300. I will sell it for $80 The second cage is free and is much smaller Can deliver for a fee

Zeus
African Grey
Toronto, ON
Zeusy loves to spend time in his outdoor cage in the summer. He eats lots of fruits and veggies along with his pellets, not a picky eater at all! Speaks lots in Chinese, a bit of English too. Very good with dogs, cats and children as long as they are respectful of his space :) I adopted Zeus when he was 6 years old, and in the last 5 years I’ve had him he has been an absolute sweetheart. My asthma and respiratory issues have left me with no choice than to find my baby a new home. I am looking for someone with a big heart for birds and experience taking care of large parrots !
